Transferring your game to a new device | playing on multiple devices | Reinstalling your game
Instructions and pictures of the main thread in this link (just easier to follow here!)
If you play on android or IOS y'all tin transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device.
Decision Point: you lot go a new device.... do you want a second game or do you just want to transfer your original game to the new device?If you want a brand new game and your original game, you tin log in and out of both games using the Business relationship Settings feature in games that have it, like Bakery, RS2 etc. Create a new ID and password start on the new device.
Transferring your game yourself is like shooting fish in a barrel if you know your countersign (same 1 as you utilize to login to the forum). Please follow these instructions:
Option i:
1) download a game with a login feature, (eg Baker Story).
two) if using Bakery... play for a minute until you see the Storm8 blue symbol on the top correct hand side. CLICK ON It.
3. click Account Settings
4. click on Log in to Another Business relationship
5. enter your Storm8 ID and countersign
6. it will requite you a list of ALL of your Storm8 games and ask you whether you want to transfer them all..... SAY Yes/Keep!
7. All your games under that Storm ID will now exist recognized on your new device. You just need to download the Apps once more.Pick 2:
ane) download a game with a login characteristic, (eg Bakery Story).
2) In the lower left corner y'all'll come across "Main". Click on that and then click on "Social"
3) Go to the "Invite Friends" tab. You'll run into your Storm ID and then "account settings". Click on "business relationship settings"
4) You'll have the option of "Log in to Some other Account". You click on that and just type in your Storm ID and countersign.
five) All your games nether that Storm ID volition now be recognized on your new device. You just demand to download the Apps again.If you are trading, selling or giving away your quondam device, I would advise contacting Back up and inquire them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.
If you have issues transferring yourself, you can contact Support and they can transfer your games.
Reinstalling your game.
Delete and reinstall the game - Press down on the app icon until it jiggles. Y'all tin can then tap the 'Ten' in the upper left corner to delete the app from your device. At present go to the App Shop (purchased apps/apps not on this device) to reinstall Castle Story. Like for Android.Don't exist scared about reinstalling..... It'south safe and only takes a couple of minutes. It's not like transferring your game every bit y'all have to practice in a higher place; it's much simpler.
